First Visit

When you come for your first appointment please remember to obtain and bring the following:

• All your previous medical records including all investigations, previous prescription details, pathology and imaging results and all hematological, biochemical and radiological reports.
• All your current medicines that you are taking on regular basis.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your private appointment consultation so that our staff can help fill the registration form and can examine your vitals before you see the doctor.

* Private OPD

• Prior Appointment is to be taken for private OPD and full fee has to be paid in advance.
• Appointment is given as per time slot available on a particular day.
• One should reach well before the scheduled time.
• If appointment is missed by the patient full fee is forfeited.
• For cancellation of appointment one has to call reception at least 3 hours prior to the time of appointment.
• In case there are any medical records, they are to be brought on the day of appointment.
• There could still be a waiting of 15-20 minutes.
• Only one patient can be seen per appointment.
• One should not discuss any other patient during private OPD.
